We're sorry to see you go :-(. Simply login into your account and you can cancel your subscription at anytime. Don't worry, any boxes that have been paid for will still be sent after you cancel.

Simply log into your account and go to 'Manage Account' to update your details. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us via the 'Get In Touch' page of this website or by emailing hello@bathbombclub.co.uk

You will be billed when you first place your order, and then if you have chosen the monthly box, every month around that date. If you have have chosen to receive your box every 2 months, you will be charged once every 2 months around your original payment date.

We only send fresh, handmade bathbombs and so send out boxes in batches. You shouldn't be waiting longer than 2 weeks for your first box, and it's usually quicker. After that, you receive a box around the end of each month.

Absolutely! A subscription box from the Bathbomb Club is such a wonderful gift, we’re sure whomever you gift this to will be delighted. When you check out, you will fill out your billing information, then at the bottom of that section, you can enter your gift recipient’s address. We do not include a packing slip with the box, so they won’t ever see your payment information.

Each month we'll select new and interesting varieties of bath bombs, taking into mind your preferences as well as any seasonal aspects or holidays that might be relevant. Alongside each bath bomb you'll receive a collectible card to keep track of your favourites.

It’s really simple (as all good treats should be), just pick your subscription box, then each month we will send you a carefully curated box that includes an your selected number of bath bombs as well as collectible cards for each to help you keep track of which ones your tried.
